With a background in legal practice, Cecilia has developed strong technical expertise in all matters relating to workplace law, including awards,, contracts, disciplinary matters,, investigations, equal opportunity and HR policy development. Her legal background is combined with her expertise across all areas of HR management and strategy, as well as significant experience in delivering workplace training.

With a proven ability to provide advice that is both technically sound and commercially pragmatic, Cecilia’s focus is to develop strong partnerships with clients and work with them to manage risk and liability, ensure compliance, optimise performance and achieve positive outcomes for their organisation, however large or small. She strongly believes that prevention is better than the cure and that strong policies and contracts, early intervention and excellent communication are critical to ensuring effective people management.

Matthew Hobby
Director

Matthew has been an executive recruiter and business manager for over 15 years, developing his skills both locally and internationally. He has a genuine interest in helping leaders navigate the future of work and assisting them to adapt to increase productivity and engagement.

Over Matthew’s career he has worked on behalf of some of the worlds leading brands and organisations and has an in depth understanding of how to attract and retain the people who have considerable impact on the business they lead.

In addition to recruitment, Matthew has also delivered and managed HR Consulting Services for SME’s and worked with the leadership of large organisations to better align people with their strategic plan and values.

Catherine Morony
Senior Consultant

Catherine brings over a decade of local market insight and experience specialising in executive recruitment search and talent management.

Following an early career in human resources management and talent acquisition for a prominent multinational based in Adelaide, Catherine then moved into the executive recruitment space successfully establishing herself as a reputable consultant. She retains many loyal clients who seek her breadth of local market knowledge, trusted advice and ability to tailor her process to best suit the specific needs of an organisation.

Catherine is equally committed to both her clients and candidates, understanding the importance her role plays for both parties. Nadia manages critical elements of our Recruitment and Human Resources functions, whilst providing ongoing support for the team. As an experienced HR professional, Nadia excels in delivering positive outcomes for all stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Nadia’s drive for client success stems from over 14 years of experience delivering on the functional strategies for large professional service firms. Nadia has extensive experience working for CapGemini, an outsourcing company that provided HR and Payroll services to BlueScope Steel and Relationships Australia (SA) where she delivered HR and Recruitment outcomes for her clients.

Nadia is driven to provide first class customer service and is passionate about promoting positive work environments.
